Here's a picture I took at night with the aperture at 5.6 f-stops, the shutter at 1/1.3 and
ISO at 800. I know it's very grainy but I think it gives it a horror-like quality, which I like.

Shutter speed: 1/10 Aperture: F5.6 ISO-number: 200

Shutter speed: 1/4 Aperture: F4.2 ISO-number: 1600

  1. I like your last photo. I like the composition and facial expression of the model. I feel like it has 70's college student atmosphere and I really like it. Your white balance is a little bit off again, but I like your warm color picture, so I think it's ok?

  2. Your second image is really well composed and thought out. I do wish that it were brighter so I could see his face better, but it evokes emotion which I always think is a sign of a successful photograph.

  3. Second image compositionally strong - first image is interesting - placement of focal points of brightness and the telephone wires could be tweaked slightly but definitely evocative of a mood.
Lets see some large depth of field images! (small aperture high f stop number)
