First image is unexpected with snow piling up. Compositionally you have interesting angles, but I would like to see some experimentation with moving in and out of your image as well - see what you can subtract/add to your frame. More experimenting with depth of field as well, good work thus far - saw
I find your first image very funny because of the point of view it looks like the building is drowning in the snow!
