I've always wanted to try this! These are cool images, but I wish that the background was either completely black or if not, that they were more well thought out. Seeing a cup on a table make these feel less exciting.
What I love about your first image is first of all, the A you outlined, but mostly the fact that the path of light is so strong and sharp. The other images are also very well-done and have strong composition (especially the last) but it's the first that really captures your eye due to the sharpness.
I love these images because they remind me of outer space, especially with the blue tint and the star shaped center. The third image is my favorite because of the crescent shape it makes. It wouldn't be nearly as interesting if the circle had been completed and symmetrical. I agree with Mariel, though, that some of the glowing objects in the background are distracting.
these are really cool, but i wish the background was darker. i love your first four images, the A is probably the most striking, though. i think you could experiment more with this, and it's one of those things that you could do thousands of times and come up with completely different shots. take it further :) kirslyn
